Warranty Registration

Register your warranty by attaching proof of purchase from authorised platforms to hello@thecasablanca.co. We will verify the details and send you an approval email.

Warranty Details

Casa Blanca watch is covered by a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of original purchase invoice from approved Casa Blanca online platforms.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and is only valid if warranty has been registered. Under the one (1) year warranty the only components that are covered are the watch movement, hands and dial. Components that are covered under this repair warranty will be repaired free of charge if the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

In the unlikely event that the component cannot be repaired, the watch will be replaced free of repair charges. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch, but a watch of equal value will be provided.

For repair work that is not covered under this warranty, the Casa Blanca repair centre may perform the required services for a charge. This charge will be dependent on the watch style and the type of work requested. Please note that these charges are subject to change.

The Warranty does not cover the following:
- Batteries, case, glass, straps, bracelets, tarnishing or plating
- Transport, delivery or handing charges incurred in the transportation to and from the Service Center

This warranty is applicable to Singapore only. If your watch has been misused or damaged by negligence or accident by persons other than authorised Casa Blanca sales or service agents, the warranty is void.
